You may request an exchange within 14 days of receiving your order. To be eligible, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and returned in its original packaging.
Due to the handmade nature of our ceramic products, slight variations in color, pattern, or finish are normal and are not considered defects.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged or you receive the wrong product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Include clear photos of the item and packaging so we can assist you بسرعة.
